Marginal excision of subungual exostosis. A, Because lesion had invaded nail bed, making it unsalvageable, direct dorsal exostectomy was done. B, Osteocartilaginous lesion was marginally resected, and base of stalk was curetted, ronguered, and burred down to create “saucer-like” defect.
