Matched distal ulnar resection. Ulna is resected 5 to 6 cm and shaped to match contour of radius through full supination and pronation. Distal resected ulna should be at level of radial articular surface. Large cancellous surface adheres to ulnar sling mechanism. SEE TECHNIQUE 69.35.
