Popliteal bypass with use of graft from anterior portion of iliotibial tract. Graft is passed through transosseous tunnel from area of Gerdy’s tubercle to posterolateral corner of knee (A), grasping the popliteofibular ligament structures, and then diagonally (B), replicating course of popliteal tendon. It is then attached near popliteus attachment on femur just anterior to lateral collateral ligament attachment.
