Axial (C) and coronal (D) CT reconstructions demonstrate extensive bone destruction and an intraarticular pathologic fracture. The decision was made to proceed with en bloc resection and endoprosthetic reconstruction. Anteroposterior (E) and lateral (F) postoperative radiographs. Patient currently is doing well 8 years after surgery.
