A and B, Anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of right hip of 22-year-old man with fibrous dysplasia of right proximal femur who complained of pain after water-skiing injury. He had no pain before injury. Symptoms resolved with conservative treatment, and lesion remained radiographically stable.
