Anteroposterior radiograph of left shoulder of 41-year-old woman with proximal humeral enchondroma who complained of left shoulder pain with overhead activity. It was determined that her symptoms were caused by her rotator cuff. She responded well to physical therapy, and lesion remained radiographically stable.
