Twenty-year-old male with residual right hip deformity from Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease with an enlarged femoral head and shortened femoral neck. The acetabulum has secondary signs of dysplasia including an increased Tönnis angle and extrusion of the lateral portion of the head and undercoverage.
