Anteversion of femoral component is estimated by comparing tibial axis with prosthetic femoral neck axis. Ninety degrees represents neutral anteversion. Acute angles (<90 degrees) are consistent with relative retroversion and obtuse angles (>90 degrees) with increasing anteversion.
